Still having problems with removing Snowman and Lights

Yeah so, i been trying to remove these for over a month and i looked in the templates and set them to default and nothing is happening i have checked everywhere and i cannot find out where the code has been added and i need someone to come to my forum and help

Check General>Forum>Configuration
Make Sure "Site description * :" is empty

Yes it is empty checked basically every place i could think of where he added it
