I have many custom blocks in my Forum, but I want that all of them can
see only registered/logged in users, and they can see only one. What do you think about it?
Exapmle:
Registered users: Affilities, Search, Announcement #1 (custom created block)...
Guests: Please, register/log in!

There is no need to constantly bump a suggestion. If it is a good one then it will naturally stay near the top, otherwise it will gradually fall to the bottom due to lack of interest.
