Need to know how to not let members change their username- Help ASAP!

Is there a way to make it so members can't change their username, only the admins can?
I have a member on my forum who keeps changing her username, and it's very annoying
Like, she's changing them to really bad things and getting past the censors

Hello,
Go into your Admin-CP -> Users & Groups -> Users -> Users options -> Allow users to change their username: No and save.

I used the "Icon beofre username" tutorial from Forumotion and of course everything is fine but i allso would like to add icon next to username in legend at the bottom of the forum, what code refers to users in this part of forum ?
