My account has been stolen, where do I report this?

A member of my forum did not like what I posted and attempted passwords for my account until he found the right one. He stole my account. demoted me to guest and changed the password. I have no access and am only logged in now because it was logged in prior to his illegal acts. What do I do about this. His username is Krazyshank and I will provide whatever proof you need to get my forum back.

Hi, you can get your forum back by logging into the utilities:
http://forumotion.com/en/utils/

There you can access the admin panel, and even restore your forum to a point where he didn't delete your account.

I cannot log into the utilities page, he may have change that password because it is not the same as this one to get to the forum. He may not have deleted my account but just changed the password. I don't see a recovery button on the utilities page either, how can I recover my password to log into the utilities page?
