I've lost my password to my forums and when i go to recover it, it saids something about cant because the security settings. How can i fix this?

Hi i am admin and i am new on forums i lost my pasword and now i dono what to do i read the help page but i cant send staff , i am french maybe i understood wrong can u help me plz

Good afternoon. I created a forum used to be. I am the admin. After a while, forgot about it. Now I can not remember either your password or e-mail address. I can not enter. How can I take back the password. Excuse me if I speak the language poorly

I lost my admin user and password can not be restored because the administration panel settings it is not enabled .. I dont have any other administrator users who can go to administratsion panel to make it allow.. How do I get back my admin password??I
