Auto log out in chat box if member is not online

Hi!
What do you think about automatically logging out in chat box if member is not online... Because many times in my chat at my Forum people don't log out and don't tell us they are going, and we keep talking to them
And it needs 20 minutes for automatically log out... If I need to expmlain more, just say

It would be nice if there would be an auto log-in feature for the chat and that as long as the person is active on the forums they would stay active in that chat -- or is this already possible - something I just need to set-up?
