So since i finally find out how the syntax of a html picture is, i tried it and it nearly worked.
I have enabled html for the whole forum and enabled it for the post in which i posted the html. example:
The picture is visible when i press 'preview' but as soon as i press 'send' there comes the code and not the html picture and really don't know why.
My question: Why does it work in preview mode but not after i send the post?

- Code:
<table style="background: url('http://i43.servimg.com/u/f43/16/93/80/74/lock10.png') no-repeat left center #d7e2b7; border: 1px solid #b7c19a; padding: 5px 5px 5px 30px; width: 97%; font-weight: bold; color: #626f3d; border-radius: 3px;"><tr><td>Topic Solved & Locked</td></tr></table>

Just use the standard HTML img tag
- Code:
<img src="http://i43.servimg.com/u/f43/16/93/80/74/lock10.png">

Uhm, my problem probably wasn't clear enough.
I don't only want the pic to show up but also the text, background, size & font, etc.
It should look like this: http://www.autohotkey.net/~aRt%29Y/Unbenannt.png
But the point of the html is to not use a picture but a text with background with links which isn't possible on a picture.
Paste the code i posted above into a .html file and open it. You'll see what i mean.
Again the problem: instead of the background, text and the little icon, there only shows up the html code in the post.

I didnt know, i need to change something in my profile. Thanks!
