Hidden Moderators showing up in bold

I have a couple of moderators who prefer to stay anonymous, but their user names are showing up in bold letters when they are online. Is there a way to change that?

Also is there a way for Moderators to see hidden members (those that hide their online status) Admins can see them but the Moderators cant.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hidden moderators, aren't they in the group which is shown in the legend?
