Wiki + Blog + Forum + Portal = Nice Forum

I have now got a good idea. we are having just forum and portal while other forum provider are providing more than that. So we should now think on that too.

Wiki >>

Nice place for writing any article about anyone or about anyone's history. Its very important i suppose. This thing will increase lot of articles here.
This is good because here any one can edit as per latest things happening. This will same as wikimedia.org software. It is good indeed. This may raise donations also like wikimedia.org is raising. People find this has good and they donate. Good for all.

The thing arising now a days is requirement of blog. Actually this will help to create personal forum(blog) for members where other members can comment. It is nice because member can write their own articles in just their personal blog rather then whole forum.

I like forumotion more because of its simplicity. I would like that forumotion consider about this suggestion and make them in our forum very soon as possible.

we have already had a suggestion for blogs, so please remove this from your suggestion. We have not had for Wiki so thats fine, but you need to add a poll for it please.

I vote no. Personally, I' am not a fan of wiki. >_< I understand why it's popular, but I really don't see the benefits, as it's possible for anyone to edit a wiki page. (You aren't even required to have an account at wiki to be able to edit the page.) So I guess what I'm saying is that I don't trust wiki, and i don't see it as a forum improvement. It would not improve the forums because
1. If people were going to donate because of the wiki option, they would donate to wiki instead of you
2. If members don't like your site, they aren't going to come anway, not even if you have a link to wiki n your blog, because wiki is an easy to access website, and everyone already has a link.

ok. Things going wrong here. So i too now feel this has not good. But this can opt has option so no worry.

I think the blog is a good suggestion, yet I believe forumotion already offers blog service. I think they should add it as an option to the forums, instead of keeping them seperate.

The wiki isnt of any good, although I think some people would like it.
