A simple tool that allows people to invite other people.
Like on alot of sites various boxes appear and the user can choose to invite poeople.
Then it sends a message to admins and tells them who has invited who once they make an account.
You can turn it on and off.

You can always find out who invited who, by creating a personalized profile and make it mandatory to fill out during the registration.

Allow members to generate an invitation code they could send to the people they wish to invite to register in the fórum.
Then Admin would have the choice to allow new sign ups through only this way or both this way and direct/normal registration.
