The use would be if your new and you have n o clue where to put your question.

They need to learn where to post things eventually, so why delay it? I think it would be insulting their intelligence to be able to read for themselves and figure out where to post, after all they are running their own forums, I would think they have already got the "feel" for how to post and where. Besides, we really do not get that many posts that need to be moved or told to post in another location.

So I guess what I am saying is, I vote no....don't see the need or purpose.
