Lets change the HTML in our forums !!!

hi , well my suggestion for this forum , it will be great if the technical support change this section for the users , to can change our own themes or something like that , another thing for example is many people join at forums but without no post in there , so i got a program it let apply a little system on this problem ... the point is , with this system in our forums we can changing that little program and schedule to blocke those users who just want to download or steal information from our forums without any post , or some greetings .... u know many people still doing this .
