IP Ranger Feature

The IP Range Scanner checks, if activated, the so-called IP Range on changes. If someone is logged on with your account from another location you will get a short message (also if you are logged on from different locations).
This is a phpbb board feature. For more security i think it'll be nice to have this clever system on our admin panel.
