well unless its already done...a Forum password
i mean il explain like this
i want people to read my custom rules on my forums so theres on forum openned and in it, i ant to put a password
in the other category or forum they will all by locked by a password so the members have to read the rules..find the password in it to go on the forums
its a 1 time enter only meaning they only need to enter the password once so all forum will be unlocked to them...
i saw that in one of my friend forum but i dont think he used the same provider so i wonder if its possible?

my suggustion is
for our forum can beable to
put password on topic meaning like a
pirvate sub forum or topic
like for all my mod and admin need there privatesy
and to make the room for admin and mod only so
when
i suggest that they make an additional feature while we create a forum it will have a password just like in the phpbb

this is better if you want to announce in private ..
when you make a forum you can add a password. you don't have to fill it in. "leve it as a blank for no password"
you will have to type in the password before you go in. if you get the password right it will take you to the forum.
