Allow Administrators to backup the forums, currently only founders can do that.

yup,bigtime.it'd be good if it was possible to cover all features exept editing the founder,and deleting the founder,thus anything tampering with the founder.

Is there a way this could be done if the admin is given a password? I think that would make it even more secure?

Like the Founder is sets a password, then another admin must input the correct password to access the Backup.
