Description of Subject Feature

After last updates on "topic color" feature, i think it's time to add "description of subject feature".
Some of you may think we already have it in our index page, but adding descriptions to topics are different. It seems good and clear for people when someone looks at topic index page.
This is also a phpbb feature. So our techs can add it quite easy i think.
Here is the picture of it with red lines around it.

its great idea for phpbb2 forumation forums. I votes yes. Its small script to add for forumation team and very good for feature all forumation forums.

let me explain the point of this feature,
for example you're moderating a sport board or wow board, whatever...when your board is about some characters or heros and if you want to give some latest infos about their final situations, you can easily use this feature,
example:
Topic: Ronaldinho Gaucho
Desc. of Topic: Moved Barcelona to AC Milan 2008/2009
Think about this topic index list going down...a member can easily see the latest situations about that player/ or hero / whatever... so instead of reading all that posts about this subject inside the topic, he/she can easily see the latest info about it...

No need of giving additional description.
