[Gallery] block "special effects" and changing rates of pictures

Hello!

I'm a new user of Forumotion and was having lots of fun with the "Gallery" features. I would like to suggest the option to disable "special effects" like the one already existing for “slide show”, as I was thinking about the usage of the gallery as something more restrict (for example, drawing contests or such) where people can't "mess" with the posted pictures during the time of the said event.

I also would like to suggest an option to hide the actual rates of a picture from the users (secret vote thing) and/or the option to disallow people to change the rates after they first do it (still thinking about the “vote for contests and such” idea).

Hope those suggestions are good enough to at least being think of.

I agree to these suggestions, especially the Special Effects one, it is ok if the poster can mess with it; but it must be locked for other people.

I can't see why not giving the option to block the "special effect" option... "slide show" has that option...
