I get several members asking why they can't get their signature to work or why they can't post videos and it's because they didn't select yes to (Always allow HTML) in their profile preferences. When using the admin panel to edit an individual members preferences it doesn't give you all the same options that it does for the member, specifically being able to say yes or no to:
Always allow BBcode:
Always allow HTML:
Always allow Smilies:
We all have members who will never read all the choices on their profile page. That will never change. So to help them out I think admin should be able to select yes or no to HTML, Smilies and BBcode for them. Please add the flowing options to the user modification page in the admin panel so we can help those members who dont under stand what it means to say yes or no to HTML and BBcode.
Always allow BBcode:
Always allow HTML:
Always allow Smilies:
If you look at the two pictures you will see what is missing in the admin panel.
What an admin can do for them
Verses what they can do

They are exactly the same thing, but the top one is Administration.

KirbySB didn't see this at first so I'll make it easier to under stand.

is missing in the Admin panel (picture 1) but are choices for the member in picture 2. All three choices need to be in the admin panel also.

Maybe if this were made into one batch all preference they select (Such as allow BBcode, HTML, and smilies) Since I am suspecting you'd want to allow all three at the same time.
However, a simple fix to this is in a new user section (Something I am pretty sure all sites have and if you don't I would suggest getting one so users don't get lost) reminding new users to do so.
