good idea but it would be terrible hard to install because the techies would have to make their own program and then make it compatible with forumotion. I vote no for that reason.

It can be done with free software - Gimp!

Great feature and funny to use it.

This is also a phpbb mod and currantly many phpbb2/3 boards can use it.

photoshop, gimp, etc

i have to vote no for this one. too long to program, so many tiny things to add. AND potential of overloading the already big amount of smilies.
