I have seen this on many other forums, I think that making it so that you can post once and it will go into all of the other topics w/o you manually putting them in. And when you click on any of them, it will take you to the same one. Like You can use it for the rules.

I voted no (But I was not the one your asking for), I see the option as pointless.
If you need to let the people of your forum know information you can:
Send a Forum Email,
Have it in youre forums "header"
Send a mass Pritave message.So yeah, some what pointless.

What? That makes no sense. A Global Announcement is in each forum, it is at the top of the topics and it looks like this:

I just realised as our forum takes shape that I no longer have the option to make a post an announcement let alone a global announcement. Even posts I try and edit don't give me the option. I tired editing an announcement made earlier and even that doens'
