Maybe you could add a gloss to the image to improve the visual effect it has. Otherwise, it's nice.

Well basically the logo is copyrighted to MSN ... but just like the windows or mac or any other popular trademark... they ca be used in graphics as long as it doesn't promote a product of teh respective companies
