i think that admins should have an option to disable/enable mods to see members ip address

NO, YOU CAN'T!!
if you hide picture, then mods, but AMINS TOO won't be able to see ip adress, and that's not what i'm suggesting

Admins can still look for it in the Admin Panel

if members are not online and have leave message. then how'll admins see ip if they remove ip picture?
