Forum in Construction(IDEA)

I Have a Suggestion/Idea, is there a way, that we could put what we want in the Forum in Construction Option, cause what if we want, to put another thing than, what it says to people, when the Forum is in Construction :
The administrator of this forum is processing a maintenance. You cant access this forum for the moment.

So is there a way, that you guys, the administrators, Could make a option, that you could write a short message with 255 Characters, or more or less...

Like, in http://www.freeforums.org/ Free Forums, It would be much cooler, like if you said :
The Administrator is in vacation, and has no control of the Website, please, this Forum will be closed for this main event.

I agree it would be helpful but then again...isn't it possible to put that information in a homepage message and still have it show up while the forum is under construction? If so, then there would be no need for this.
