when you have a forum where any guests can post around, you would notice that guests will brake the rules and they wont care cause they can't get banned. or maybe a real banned member could appear.
i think we should try this: you can ban an anonymous member, and if it makes another anonymous account, then add this: when you ban an anonymous person they can't make another cause when it is banned, then the forum will automatticly ban the member by the i.p. adress from a banned guest.

You can ban guests anyway. And ban the IP address of Guests too.
Plus, if you have a guest forum, what do you expect? It's a risk you take if you create a guest forum.

Ones the guest creates a post, you can ban his IP forever, if he is using proxy, its kinda pain to the ass
