People making their own forum deals.

I have an idea. What if you could make it where there is a special place where people could make their own forum type(talk boxes as I've seen them called) deals where they can invite people, or people can request to join, but its where only the people that are in there, can see the posts. You could also make it where only a certain amount of people can be in there at a time(10, or however many set by admin.) but the admin can make new ranks where if people make a certain amount of posts, they can get more people in there tbs. i can give you a link(I believe)to what I'm talking about.

For the people to get in the tbs, yes. It works pretty good.
