New Theme for support forum?

Why don't we get a new theme for the support forum?
The current one is unprofessional and babyish, and the whole yellow, blue and cream is from the 1990's and 1980's.

Its the 2000's now, which is time for grey.

I don't agree with your thoughts.
I don't find this theme unprofessional and babyish.

Plus, I find grey a sad color, and this theme is more neutral

I wont vote but would agree with Caihlem that this theme isn't babyish. It is better than a grey theme.

Maybe the admin can create a contest for a creation of a new theme? Off topic but a better idea then changing to grey

Many of the other forum providers use a nice and easy to see basic grey theme that is pleasing to the eye. Many forums do that as well

OK, if I understand your examples, you want soemthing like the subsilver theme... I think this them (subsilver) is too basic, I don't like it and this one is good and has been changed recently so I'm against Smile

I don't mean we all use the basic subsilver one, but just a theme that is modern and visually pleasing

I wouldn't want grey colours. They're too dark and depressing and not very easy on the eye.. Can we have pink instead?....only kidding lol!

I do like Kilsek's suggestion of having a contest for a new theme

Yes, we probably organize a new contest as soon as possible (like Buster wanted in his topic in this section) but first, we have something to do about the suggestion section Smile

I assited in the changed thème by katt she is a good graphist, i don't speak the contrary but in my opinion grey color is the best..

lol you shouldent really be on here that much to need a new theme, its the mods and admin that are on here everyday (near enough Smile

) really this is a nice blend of colours, grey is crap and i dought mods wanna work on a grey forum, i wouldent. maybe make it so we can change the theme, a drop down theme pickerm like on vb forums, i quite like this one myself

I have worked so hard on this theme, to make the buttons respect the same spirit as the French support forum buttons do (with my style). And as a graphist, I have other priorities, such as a new theme for my own board while I have the moderation and support job to do here and on the French side.
