A certain BB code for personalized profiles

If you would want a personalized profile with a selected BB code of your choice that would work only with the code.
For example let's say you wanted a personalized profile for members to put a Youtube video on their profile without opening that option up to all BB codes and/or HTML codes, you could set the content to allowing just the [youtube] code and nothing else.
How do you guys think of this?

Right at the moment if we add anything to a profile it goes on every members profile or mini profile. i was wondering if there could be a option made that you can select which group/members profile this can go on. i.e make only VIP members have a tag line
You know some sites have it that when you reach a maximum amount of posts that instead of having like a site rank like: Senior Member, instead you get to fill it in with your own custom field.
