There should be a option for a ready-made portal. Who else agrees? I am not talking about anything advanced such as a joomla portal but maybe something like Icy Phonix. ??

This is really needed i think.
Maybe advanced like joomla, cause with our currant portal we can only make html pages or widgets but can't make archive news, or special sections for articles, members personals pages for their articles, advanced index for them... So it's limited. I try to think about using joomla for the main site and use only forum connected to this site. i don't know...

I don't have a use for this, and if I wanted to use a Portal, then I would create it myself.

It would be good if we can have more than 1 portal. We can use the others for a hompage or other things and we can use all at once.
I created a portal on my forum. However, whenever I enable it, it will direct you to the portal if you type in the site's address.
How do I have it where it still goes directly to the forum when you go to the site?
