Moderator Roles

I think we should have moderator permission roles that we can set global moderators ban users but not general moderators

I am suggesting something like this

EDIT: The ideas i am suggesting that will be available in group modification are:

~ Can delete posts
~ Can edit posts
~ Can close and delete reports
~ Can manage bans ( including ban and unban )
~ Can lock topics
~ Can merge topics
~ Can split topics
~ can move topics
~ can delete topics
~ can send topics to the garbage
~ Can change credits of users
~ Can ban usernames and ips
~ Can see hidden users
~ Can view IP Addresses
~ Can modify profiles
~ Can change user ranks

that's it!

Well, I see your point but erh... arghh hard question. I mean, we can already decide who's got access to what. This is just to make it simpler right?

When we select allow moderators to ban members, It makes all moderators to ban members, isn't it?
