Reflection on logo

I was wondering of anyone could make this logo shiny and give it a reflection ?

I dont want a full reflection just about 25% of the logo in the reflection similar to my post icons

Well if you can just make a reflection using the normal image then great.

Do you need the background? Can I remove it or not?
