I saw that there is a birthday reminder (it tells who has a birthday in the next 7 days) and I think it's a nice feature. I thought about adding an option for automatic messagaes for good wishes, sent by PM or by email on the member's birthday. I think it would be cool to recieve birthday wishes from forums you are member of

This is already possible by going to your Administration Panel and clicking on the "Users and Groups" Tab, and then the "User's Options".
There is a part of that page called "Birthdays". Fill in the last two boxes of that section and your members will receive the message on their birthday via PM.
Voted no, as it's already possible to achieve.

I would vote NO, for totally different reason. I think that this feature is bad and not needed. I have friends in RL. It means a lot to me if/when they send birthday wishes.
But then again i dont see any point in taking a "nice" wishes from an online strangers. They dont know me. They dont know anything about me. They send a wish from politeness, not because they really mean it.

Please add a poll to your suggestion with options Yes or No so other members can vote on this as well.

People seem to just keep proposing the same time over, and over, and over. I suggest it's closed until maybe a few suggestions become reality, and then re-open it.
