More Options For Widgets

Hey guys,
I think that we should have more options for widgets. I think that we should have more widget placements. For example I think we should be able to put a widget above or below the forum in the center instead of just on the sides.
I think that this would make our forums look more profesional. One of the reasons that I would like this feature is so that I could put the affiliates widget in the center at the bottom. I have seen this on other sites.
I also think that we should have the option to display the widget name, and how big you want to the widget to be. So we could adjust how wide the title of the widget is.
I think that this would be a great option for all of the people who think that we should be able to customize our forums as much as possible. Again I think that this would make our forums look more profesional.
I do respect your guys' opinions. I encourage you to vote Yes, or No and tell me why you think that we should or shouldn't have this feature. I do like to know what you guys think and respect your opinions. So please vote and tell my why you think we should or shouldn't have this feature.

This may be possible, but I can't figure out how. I think forum/portal widgets should be able to be place on the Left, Right, Bottom and Top.
