Besides, if you want to do something like that.
Just make a special rank with an image attached that says like

Well The Global Moderators do all the forums. The regular moderators
Moderate a specific forum. That's why I want it. Hope you
guys change your mind!

Again, a specific and single moderator can already by designated. Try reading this topic here and it will explain how to designate single moderators into specific forums.
