Topic title ABOVE the post buttons?

On my forum at least, whenever I post a topic the post buttons are on the same line as the topic title, forcing the topic title to spread to multiple lines, making it look ugly.
As you can see here:
Remember, the above image doesn't include the Thanks button (because it's my post).
My suggestion is to have the topic title above the post buttons, so they the buttons have their own line where it looks more organized.
What do you think?

just write the text in the URL sections if you want text instead <.<

I got a little bit bored, so I decided to make these just for the heck of it... I haven't been making graphics lately, and I wanted to start making them again.
I think you should be able to set permission for who can set their topic title color. Because the colored titles give kind of an extra importance, my members are using this feature to get more people to view their topic. But I don't want to remove the
