You should be allowed to select a specific group to manage certain parts of a member's profile, this way you can ban people, give them warnings through comment box, and lots more. This helps keep the members in line with rules.

no admins do, moderators do it, but i have genral moderators that have there own section in my forum but thats it. I have another group for whom i wish to give these powers to. This way i can keep people listening to site rules

well, just assign it to a certain usergroup, or add an admin that you trust as an assistant to do it. do you trust anybody in your forum?

lol i know that, but its hard when you have a bunch of people. This way a moderator group that i have, not normal moderators, could post this guy not followed rule deduct so points, then a global mod could come in and take down the warning bar. Then the global mod could ban that person when they lose all of there warning points

like i said, do it yourself, as in edit all those things yourself, and wait for mrmario or someone to come by and add it. i like the idea though. and now it is more of an "add a permission" suggestion i think.
