Go to Administrator Panel/User and Groups/Rank Administrator

Then make a rank for example V.I.P. member then just type in the certain amount of posts the users in your forum have to make to get that rank.
Then hit okay and your done

For special ranks like administrator you have to do it manually.

There is absolutely no flaw to these ranks. These are just extroadinary, in there is no stopping them from getting a 10/10. 2nd best ranks I've seen so far.
