Points+Rep Add-On

I was at work today and I was on works forum! I then thought of the most PERFECT IDEAS
I am now proposing them to you in the hope that you may wish these updates are added in future development!
Firstly, I think there should be a new points thing, as the points are basically useless, they just sit there as a competition with your mates. so here goes
In a special forum you should be able to put a restriction type thing on it. this restriction should involve the useless points. Say if theres like a Discussion Board where like yahoo with the points that deduct if you wanted to post. So say if theres like a request board here users can request for games or youtube links or even graphics, but it maybe costs like 20 points to open a topic? that meaning that the minimum should be 0, and you can go no lower.
And, you should have like another restriction but this time for rep. Say again a requests board but that board requires you to have like Reputation 4??
This could be another step to prevention of spamming and bogus layouts and graphics.

i want to add something,, about the rep points..
say you posted a topic and want to show only to members who have at least 10 rep points..
the post will be like this.
Note: "Contents will only show to members who have at least 10 reputations."
>if the members doesn't have enough rep points, the post will be hidden, but the note will still show up..
