Forum Overview

* We hope to use new member created banner-art weekly. This is the opening week banner, (today is week three). They are the innocent philosophers who are just starting to get his or her feet wet. They are curious and having fun, playing with 'the other side', they have not been splashed with very cold water. They are childish; the puddle is a metaphor again for the other-world, water often is in symbolisms, they hardly know really what it is, collected there. They are a little timid, they put their feet in, different reactions. Young, fun, newness, curious.

Hello all. This discussion centers around the limits of human knowledge. Since I expect no one to be intimately familiar with either Kant or Gödel, I'll provide a basic explanation of both. Kant wrote a paper called "Critique of Pure Reason"
