can someone make these a bit smaller?

How small do you want them? Give me the size. Now they are 90 x 23

I will make it a gif, so just tell me if the size is fine.

Exactly as that size, will make the current image look bad. As i will just resize & not recreate them again.
If you can tell me just the width you want, i can do the rest.

And, can you make the background on 'banned' transparent, the cut out stuff, cause I'm going to put it on a black background.

They are the same size of 80 x 20 as are the other ranks which i resized.
