Scrolling signatures

Signatures - SOLVED

For some reason, my signature on a forum isn't working. Are they automatically disabled when you start a forum? Is there any way to fix it*? *I can access the administration panel on this forum.

Hello, For my scrolling announcements at the top of my forum, if you put Username in brackets the readers username will show.... How can i add the date and the time? so it will change according to the real time and date? Thanks in advance!
