I once saw this on another forum, it's where there is a scroll button in your signature space in all of your posts and you can scroll it if it is too big for the forum layout rather than see it overstretched, etc.

For my scrolling announcements at the top of my forum, if you put Username in brackets the readers username will show.... How can i add the date and the time? so it will change according to the real time and date?
