We can have immediate discussions online through the forum about whatever you wish. I thought about this idea when I was on Facebook, chatting with my friend. Any thoughts?

its almost where you have this small bar at the bottom of the forum and you can have conversations with people that you work with. you can also have online meetings through this, and have multiple group chats
