Chatbox inside of forums, by editing the forum permissions

Okay as we all know when you make a new forum it shows you a list of permissions. Well there should be a choice of adding the chatbox inside that section too. This way Staff/members working on something on the site can still talk to people while they are doing something. It seems like an easy thing to do, but very very helpfull.

they should have an all-admin chat, that allows the admins to chat with each other on the admin panel to discuss certain issues, 'cause PMing can take a long time, and it's hard when their is more than two admins
