Forum Index Layout

First Impressions (Score: 10/20):
When I first stepped into your forum, I thought it was an alright forum. It had a dark theme and the general theme of the forum is based around gaming and RPG (hence gaming forums work well with dark backgrounds.) You also had a nice amount of categories and forums; plus, they were all organized very well. However, the thing that was most unappealing to me was your playlist; yes, it's fun to have a playlist on the forum to let users listen to music now and then, but the bad thing about it is that your forum's general theme is 'gaming', not music. The most likely reasonable are for your playlist would be in an HTML page, and then set the HTML page (containing the playlist) as a navigation button at the top of the forum. Overall, my first impressions of your forum was very nice, and there wasn't very bad about it- just try to remove the playlist and place it somewhere else on your forum like in an HTML page (as I stated.)
I suggest you read this tutorial to be acknowledged on how to set an HTML page on your navigation bar.

1. Index Appearance (Score: 7/10):
   Your index is just great. You have many forums that relate to RPG gaming, and your template also fits well into the index. However, three are a few things wrong: your navigation bar does not necessarilly fit the index and the whole RPG concept of the theme very well- I would find more of a gaming navigation bar; your playlist should not be in the homepage message (as stated before in the 'First Impressions'), and it should be located in an HTML page which can be found placed on your navigation bar; your template is, however, a little to 'dark' for a RPG-based forum. I would recommend you try getting a little less darker and fun theme, but please do not try to go find a very light theme- you would be better off with the current theme you are running now.
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score: 8/10): I have to say that have a very great arrangement of forums. Each of your forums are in the correct category and can be found pretty easy. Furthermore, you do have a little bad tick in your forums; from a guest's perspective of your forum, it would seem that you have a lot of general forums that don't even relate to RPGs and gaming. The reason of that is because you have subforums viewable in your forum's index. I recommend you change the structure of your forum where only the forums are shown being attached to the categories instead of having the subforums shown as well. Making your subforums non-viewable on the index can leave you a lot more space on your forum for more needed material that would base around RPGs and gaming.
   I would also suggest that you create a few more forums that relate to the RPG general theme. Be creative- add a forum (called 'Social Networking') where users can post their usernames on PS3, xBox360, etc. so they can role-play with other users around the world. Just be more original and add some great RPG forums so users can have a little more fun with RPG gaming. Also, as stated before, shorten down the miscellaneous subforums as they aren't very needed on the index; but when users want to go discuss general objectives like music and graphics, they are very much capable of visiting the OFF-TOPIC section whenever they should please.

Forum Style

1. Banner & Navigation (Score: 7/10):
   Banner
   Well, when I observed your banner, I found that it was saved in .jpg format (which is a very bad state for public images to be displayed on your forum. I highly suggested that you change the format of the banner to .png to make it more appealing and not all sketchy and pixelated. Overall, you do have a nice banner and it's great for an RPG forum like yours.
   3/5 for the banner.
   Navigation Bar
   As mentioned before, your navigation bar does not really fit the general theme of your forum. I suggest that get more of a gaming bar with RPG gaming characters like World of Warcraft, Runescape, etc. Overall, it is a nice bar to have on a RPG / gaming forum; plus, it also fits the template and banner very well- so because of that, I will only deduct 1 point for the navigation bar alone.
   4/5 for the navigation bar.
   
2. Images & Icons (Score: /10):
   You basically have no icons on your forum, so this section will not count towards your review, and 10 points are implemented into your 'Banner & Navigation' score of this review.

Your overall score for your Forum Style tab would, overall, clarify as 17/20.

Forum Moderation

1. Staff Population (Score: 6/10):
   Administration- 3 members
   You have 3 administrators for a forum with only 19 members. This is not very good for a forum so newly created as yours. There should at least be 1 administrator on the average forum ranging within 1-30 members. Once the member ratio steeps up higher to around 30-60 members, the amount of administration should range around 2-3 administrators. Once the ratio of members becomes higher, the amount of your adminsitration should increase depending on the amount of users. Be careful on who you make administration and how many users you make administrators.
   Moderation- 2 members
   You have exactly 2 moderators on your forum. 2 moderators is the approximate amount for almsot every newly created forum. You did well with 2 moderators only, and should remain well. Once your member ratio increases to at least 30-60 members, you should bring up your moderation to about 3-4 moderators.
   You also do not want to balance the ratio of staff over the members. I suggest, for this section of the review, that you remove at least 1 or 2 adminsitrators and leave it at that amount for a while until your forum grows larger in members.
   
2. Staff Groups (Score: 4/10): Well, I do have to say that you have a huge amount of groups for a forum like yours. You have 8 groups, and yet some aren't even needed (like the 'GFX' and 'Owner' groups.) Your best bet is to just get rid of 2 or 3 of these groups that aren't needed. Members of our forum can also get confused with all of the groups and not even understand what they are and what those group members do, so it is a good idea to keep the group ratio at a low percentage.

Forum Activity

1. Post/Member Ratio (Score: 6/10):
   You only have an approximate 20 members and 150 messages on your forum. In an objective meaning, each one of your members have created at least 7 or 8 messages in total on your forum. For a forum with a low amount of activity like yours, this is an 'alright' amount of messages. Usually, most forums with about 10-30 members have about 500-1,000 total messages on their forum; but that's a little general. There won't be a large deduction in this section of your review, but it is highly recommended that you get your forum into some great amount of activity if you want the forum to become very successful in the near future.
   
2. Member Activity (Score: 2/10):
   Well, you don't really have a large amout of members that actually post in your forum. Some of the users that registered on your forum just probably registered and left without making any posts whatsoever. As I stated before in the previous section of this tab, you should definitely get your forum active and running. Send out notification emails to all of your inactive users stating that they should return to your forum and start posting a little more and becomming more active.

What could be done to improve your forum:
I highly recommend that you fix a few thigns stated in this review to get your forum to near perfection. Another thing that you should definitely be aware of is your member/post ratio.

The best thing I like about your forum:
I like the fact that you have some very nice forums to discuss in for RPG gaming. I also like how your template somewhat fits into your forum's general theme: RPG.

I agree with you Rok, but I wouldn't give good score for banner. The banner must be fixed soon because many members will register just because of forum's style. Also, I would like to suggest you to split categories placeing on index, so the sub forums will stay in forums, but not on index.
