First Impression (9/10)

• Aestheticism (4/5): When I first visited the forum I was amazed to see the graphics used in it (+1). The links in the homepage are very useful for the guests and for the members. They will make guests feel being something more than simple guests (+1). Another very good thing is the ability that has been given to the visitors to log in very fast, by using the log in box in the top of the index (+1).The index is clean (+1), but too long (-1).
  Suggestions: I suggest keeping the forums about support and convert the general discussion forums into subforums. It’s not vital though.
  
• Activity (5/5): There are more than 4,000 members (+1). While I was online, there were other people online, both members and guests (+1). There are more than 50,000 posts in the forum (+1). While I was online, two new members registered (+1). In the most of the forums, the last post was written recently (+1).

Graphics (10/10)

• Banner, Buttons, Ranks etc. (5/5): The graphics used are attractive (+1) and their quality is high (+1). They are creative and unique (+1). We can understand their meanings eg. whether there are new posts or not (+1). They match the whole style of the forum (+1).

• Colours (5/5): They aren’t very dark, nor very light (+1). They match the whole style of the forum (+1) and the buttons (+1). They are simple (+1) and not exhausting (+1).

Members – Activity – Staff (10/15)

• Members (3/5): There are more than 4000 members (+1). New members register and log in every five minutes (+1). We cannot see the members connected during last x hours (-1). 4/5 of the members have 10 or less than 10 posts (-1). There is a member with more than 10,000 posts (+1).
  Suggestions: You could add the list of the members who connected during last x hours. You must persuade the members to post more, too.
  
• Activity (3/5): The general activity is good and there are many active members (+1). All the forums have a huge amount of posts (+1) and the posts’ quality is very high (+1). The posts per member ratio is 13.7 and it’s very low for a developed forum (-1). Only 37 members have more than 100 posts (-1).
  Suggestions: As stated before, persuade the members to post more. Open new interesting threads and organise activities and contests. Don’t let them register and leave without posting. Also, organise activities that will make the members visit the forum every day.
  
• Staff (4/5): The amount of members in all the staff groups except from Tech Staff is very good (+1). There should be more Tech Staff (-1). Moderation is done properly (+1) and the Staff is active (+1). There are unique staff groups like the Advisors (+1).
  Suggestions: Find more Tech Staff, it’s really needed!

Some suggestions/ways to make your more forum successful:

Advertising/Promoting:

• There are many forum promotion forums in the web and many directories in which you can inscribe the forum. Also, you can advertise your forum in Facebook, Google etc. but you have to pay. I don’t think that you must be worried about advertising though.

Activity:

• You should organise activities to make the members post more, because many members have never posted. Suggested activities (examples):
