First impression: Red, too much shiny red. It is nice to have template... But it is too red and the background is repeating itself. The skin is very nice. Not too red at all, but still red, good red. It is okay with eyes, but template isn't. It is nice to see the latest scores of the team. No one on line though...

Advice: Remove the background of navigation bar. I suggest doing something about template colors. Skin is totaly ok, no need for changes. But the banner has white border that should be removed

Layout:
Images: Banner looks good, except the white border that should be removed. I see that navigation looks nice, but still it's backround is followed with not nice impression. I like forum icons that are small and still efective because they do not make the forum index long.

Colors: The skin is very plane. But It looks good and still effective and attractive. There are details with red which is nice. Not to many colors used. It is simple, but yet nice. Maybe some details will do the job.

Categories: Nice organization of categories. The index is not that long. Everything is on it's place. I like the image for every forum's description. It makes the forum looks nicer. I see SMS languige in some forums. I suggest fixing that...

Suggestions: Let's see. Banner needs to be fixed, as well as navigation bar. Also, I suggest removing the gap between forum icons and description and link. Maybe some refreshment and couple of details will do well.

Activities:
Members: The forum started almost a year ago... You are going on a slow path of gaining active members. I see that those are not very active since you are having a low amount of posts. If I were you I would try to fix it as soon as possible.

Staff: I see that you have one moderator. For your post count it is enough. I will suggest something.

Statistics: Numbers are not that good. Honestly, you should have tried harder to get more posts and members. Your forum has quality, but quantity is needed too. Low number of members and low number of posts for almost year old forum is bad.

Suggestions: I do have couple of nice ideas for you. Let's start with members. A nice newsletter may bring members back. Now with the main suggestion. Maybe creating a new group, Arsenal reporters. Theirs task should be to make news about Arsenal or anything else you want. Then you can also send them by mail one per week or per two... You get to choose. Also, I suggest affilitation with some bigger football sites and forum, it is the best way of promotion. Maybe creating a contest for some ranks, for responsible member who will bring more members to the forum. Also, maybe you can try to open more and more interesting topics.
