First impression: I noticed banner is very nice for the theme that picked. Has some nice color contrast. I knew from the start when I clicked the link that your forum is about design.

Images: The images in each section are great and fit. All the images are the same and aren't big and or small.

Colors: The color of the forum is great. It is very easy to see and not to dark, light or hurting my eyes.

Members: You have about 46 members in the pass 99 hours is kind of sad. Make sure you post your forum on popular forum's and or share the word in your sig on other forums.

Advice: Send a newsletter talking about new stuff/why you should come back. I would also say changing your online to 48 hours so it doesn't look bad.
