• First impression: I was trying to understand where I am , you have such a big banner, which is actually an image (huge), and the background you have..I thought I was in an HTML page, if you don't know what the forum is about you get lost.Messed up forum? Where is the Navigation bar? this bunch of icons?
  
  Advice: Request a new banner ( I ll make it for you if you want ) , you need something neater and add a sub text to describe what the forum is. Advices following..

• Images: The navigation bar is really bad, get one in Greek (forum language) or a whole set of images, right now you have different kinds of images , that make your navbar as a corner of rubbish images. Background is quite messy because it is repeated but is nice with the whole idea of the forum. Forum images are big and make the forum un-pro. your forum favicon doesnt represent your forum.
  
  Advice: Take a greek navigation bar , or a set of icons, check not to repeat your background. Change the forum icons or edit them , so that they seem more organised. For example add to all of them a purple effect and make them all the same size. make another favicon

• Colors: Colors are good , but you have to organise your forum look and images so that the forum actually looks good. colors cant be nice by their own.
  
  Advice: Organise your forum navbar as said above to much with the colors of the forum and create something united.

• Categories: You have lots of fun categories, I liked most of them. but they are not organised.
  
  Advice: Try having your forum splitted in categories ..example one category : rules and announcements where the forum rules, chatbox rules and announcements forum are. then a fun category where you have the disccussions, and another category for misc forums.
  Try again to have correct images with them. Images have a great role in categories, for example change the image of your tv forum to something more general because when I saw the image I thought this must be the forum we talk only about "Film A", because of the image.

• Members: You have 41 members, not much not enough , but you should get more. except staff, only 3-4 seem active. rest are passif.
  
  Advice: Have you submitted your forum to search engines such as Google and Yahoo! Altavista? do it if you haven't. Send newsletters to members and invite them to visit the forum for reasons you will create, for example make a contest or a quizz or a poll " Which TV show was the best this year?" is an example or "Do you use Nova?" ext ext. keep them active. tell them to tell their friends, find other greek forums and become affiliates/partners with them , exchange banners and links and attract members to come.

• Staff: Staff is good, language is good, they don't write in greeklish they respect your members, and create interesting posts.
  
  Advice: Keep up the good co-operation with the staff but don't get more until you have more members.

  I dd like to add that your forum is great, you only have to improve on the layout and get some members, if you want any help you know where you can reach me. (here ) put some effort and you will have great results, I advice you to pay for add removals since it brakes down the transparent background of the forum.
