First impression:When you talk about the banner, its very big, and doesnt attracts the members to your forum.Then suddenly a pop-up which annoyes a guest.Then there is a site given from which its made.Which I personally dont like.Then the image hosting name.The portal is nice, but in the affliate forum.The coding is not correct.Navigation Bar is however ok.

Advice:Try to Change the size of the banner to 500x150, and remove the link in it.Also try to fix the coding.

Layout:When you talk about the Layout, it honestly doesnt attracts me to join your site.It must be light, things must be placed to where its place must be.And I dont like the color scheme.
Images:The logo and the navigation bar suits to each other.But i dont like the logo's size.Also, your some categories have icons while other dont have.It looks extremely bad.And the size is also not good.

Advice:Change the logo's size, and request for a good logo somewhere.Also try to keep some nice icons for every forum or dont keep for any

Categories:You have too many categories for the members you have.Some categories have 0 post, and some have 20-30.Your forum icons are really bad.

Advice:The Announcements category and the new here? category, should be merged and named "Updates,usage and Introductions" or something alike it.And why dont you merge all the animes to one forum, and keep sub-forums in it?And it looks like your forum is all about anime because at the very beginning of the forum, anime comes, first start with fun club.In the fun club, the graphics forum is at the top, which shouldn't be.the Contest,Graphics,forum promotion should be at the very bottom of the category, and you should move the other stuff at the top and name it general discussions or something like it.And entertainment is ok, you just to re-arrange the forums, the games should be above sports.And at the last, your icons are very bad! Keep them for all, and of the same size, or dont keep for any.
