• First impression: Where is the forum? You only have four forums..which look like one seens you use the 4 in 1 of Jalokim Tutorials..I did register and did not get any other forums to see. Where are all the members you have? I can't see any posts. The background isn't fixed ( I have a big screen) and that gives a bad template look. And your banner needs improvement.

• Images: Banner is ok.. your forum icons aren't exactly cool.. A for announcements E for events..ok your inbox, sentbox, and some buttons are in french or from another theme
  
  Advice: fix the wrong icons and add something stylish to your banner to make it look more to your forum, its kinda in his own world there, and change the background image, its just not my style maybe , but really you could have something better, in mix with the colors of your forum, it doesnt go nice.

you shouldn't give 10/15... I would have given 6/15 or 5/15
