First impression: When I steped on to the forum the first thing I noticed is a bar to change skin. I didn't know it is available on forumotion and you have to tell me how did you make it! I didn't like it because It goes over the banner. Banner looks fine.

Advice: Background is bad for eyes. What about trying something else?

Layout:
Images: Banner looks okay. But the "skin changing" thingy makes it bad. The font on the navigation bar is hard to read. Background of the forum is bad for long looking at it. Forum icons are nice, not too big or small. Who's on line image is okay.

Colors:Body of the forum has nice black and gray colors. All texts are visible.

Categories: There are much forums and subforums. Can you merge some with nearly same purpose?

Suggestions: Skin bar needs some changes as background as well. Brighter font on navigation bar would be nice. I suggest you to make some spacing between forum icons and forum link and it's description.

Activities:
Members: You have 320 users which is nice along with more than 10000 posts. But there are not many users that stayed active. Try fixing that. As I stated in many reviews, newsletters are awsome If you know what to write.

Staff: I see one administrator, the family founder. I see one moderator if I am right, the fathers group. For that amountof members, one more would be great. You can awake members in deep slumber by oprganizing a contest for some staff positions.
